Each location was assigned a specific budget that they could not exceed each quarter, then assigned a specific login. All budget amounts are instantly updated as orders are placed, providing an up-to-date picture of what's left for the quarter. In addition, the system will send each location an email when the budget limit is near or about to be exceeded. As an added security, purchases exceeding a budget will not be completed without the approval of a Corporate Manager. At the end of each quarter, itemized reports are generated to show you what was ordered, when it was ordered and where the items were shipped.
