Royal Recognition provides full-service support for all of our service award programs including full web based solutions. Once your awards program is in place, your employees will benefit from online ordering, corporate stores, inventory control and administrative support & tracking. Any changes in inventory (the addition of new products or the removal of obsolete or discontinued items) will automatically be changed as our system is completely self- updating. It's our goal to make participation easy for employees both near and far.
customized printed materials
In addition to the multitude of high quality products available, you also have the opportunity to benefit from our in-house graphics department who can provide you with design services, digital photography and high-speed color printing to promote your awards program. Full color award sheets and custom designed brochure pages are personalized for your specific awards program and will help communicate participation in the program to your employees. You can count on Royal Recognition every step of the way.
presentation packaging & banquets
All of the awards from Royal Recognition, except very large items like grills, are gift boxed or wrapped and labeled for presentation. This thoughtful addition further insures that awards are well received and presented in a formal manner. We also take it one step further and can come in and setup your presentation ceremony for you!

Royal Recognition has full administrative support with dedicated in-house coordinators available in the preparation and fulfillment of your award program. Need something fast? Our customer service team will prepare custom award packets within 5-7 days and can facilitate 24 hour turnaround on in-stock awards.
service and warranty
Because we are a factory direct dealer, full manufacturers warranties start the day the product is shipped from our facility. In addition to manufacturers warranties, every product we sell is serviced by Royal Recognition.
